I would give zero stars but you have to select a star, so one it is. If a grieving customer puts confidences in a business to deliver flowers to their loved one’s funeral, then they should honor their wishes. Flowers not being delivered ON THE DAY THEY WERE SCHEDULED is unacceptable. When a family pays for flowers and sets a delivery time and date for their loved one’s flowers, they are suppose to be delivered at the time the family requested, NOT delivered a DAY LATE. A grieving family shouldn’t have to worry about something like flowers. This florist opens at 8:30 am, funeral was at 9:30 am, no reason why the flower should not have been delivered on time like the family ask. If this florist could not have made the delivery at that time, the family should have been told when placing the order!! This business has shown things are on THEIR time NOT THE CUSTOMERS! And as far as the “add photos & videos”, well the flowers was a day late, so they wasn’t set out at the funeral, so no picture to add! Also this business has refused to refund the money to the family, not to mention how rude they have been about it. Arguing and pointing blame on the funeral home doesn’t make your business...

I ordered this beautiful arrangement from these wonderful people. I originally wanted painted roses, but they said they couldn't do it. They even offered some of their competition to help. Well no one paints them around here. Most were not very friendly want it either. So I decided to give auburn flowers my business after all. They were extremely polite even though they didn't offer the service i wanted. Fast forward to the day of pick up. I had pre paid for my arrangement as a GameDay surprise for a special lady. Well the night before she decided she didn't want to be so special lol. I know it's what I get, for being a bama fan behind enemy lines lol. So, I told them to just donate to the hospital. I'm sure it would have made someone's day. After I week or so goes by and I'd completely forgot about the flowers and was forgetting about the special lady lol. I noticed when I checked my bank that day. They had sent me a refund for my order. I can't stress this enough, I DIDN'T ASK FOR ANY MONEY BACK. So, long story short. These guys do great arrangements and even better customer service. They'll always have my business, even with auburn...

Our granddaughter was stillborn. The baby was cremated and our daughter and son-in-law decided to have a Catholic funeral. She and I went to a very fancy florest and was told they only do an arrangement in a vase even though NY daughter wanted a small blanket to set the urn on.

Well we left that place and while driving back to her house I found Auburn Flowers on the internet so we decided to visit. My daughter said what she wanted and the woman brought out her book of designs. She made a couple suggestions which were perfect, a beautiful white wreath. She took my order for 2 arrangements to be from both grandparents. THEN, I called her the next morning for 2 more arrangements from my sister and my husband's sister.

Now y'all need to know that our order was placed the day before the funeral! All arrangements were completed and delivered to St Michael the Archangel Catholic Church on time.
