For the last 7 years we have loved the store! However, when they moved to a new location the service may have changed as well. I took my 2 yr old RICCAR ( that I bought new from them) to be serviced as when switching over to the wand it was not a strong suction. I could not find anything stuck in it. Took it up (I live in Loomis) dropped it off to get a quote, got a call that afternoon that it would take about 10days. Up the mountain I went to get a loaner. (25min drive 1 way) Once it was fixed they also had charged me for a NEW BOX of bags (they said they had to replace the old one-it was not full) 25$ i paid for that plus the service.I thought this was extremely TACKY! Went to use my vacuum and the wand was not rotating easily and dirt seemed to be coming out between the cracks...after they put me through to the service man I was told that I must have done something wrong and would need to bring it back up (a fourth time up at this point) I got off the phone and was so displeased that I decided to not return..... Maybe I should have called back and spoke to the gal who seems to run/own the place. But, at this point ( I work almost FT) I decided to find another place closer to Loomis. maybe it was just a bad day for the repair guy, but it sent me looking elsewhere. I no longer recommend this place to...

Joseph is amazing (a super strong 84-year old!). These people are "Old School." They do their best on every single thing they do. I have no doubt that they could fix anything. When you go there, you'll be met with knowledge, skill & absolute charm. Spend a little time with them. They're worth it. (Should've taken more pictures, but I was busy talking to them. ❤️
As Hwy 49 comes into town, turn right on Elm. Skip the freeway entrance & drive straight through to the main street. Make a right. Go a block & make a right onto Palm Ave. They're right there behind the Tire Depot on your left. If you miss the 1st driveway, just take the...
Read moreThey are always extremely friendly, helpful and honest, while trying to save you money by not selling you anything you don’t need. One day I called about trouble I was having getting the belt on my carpet cleaner and the son answered and said he doesn’t work on carpet cleaning machines so he couldn’t promise anything but was still willing to have me drop in so he could try to help me. While I haven’t had experience with their repairs yet (only purchases of various repair parts), I can tell they are a reputable company and will definitely be using them for repairs...
