KIND CARING SERVICE! I am very happy with the care and service I received during my 4 visits to their gun shop when I was trying to make good decisions of which guns to buy. I ended up buying 5 firearms from them. Mossberg 12 gauge shotgun, Ruger .22 caliber rifle, Smith & Wesson 460 Magnum revolver, Glock 19, Baretta 9mm, and Smith & Wesson .357 Magnum revolver. All my firearms were amazing. Purchased my ammo there also. I had the pleasure of meeting the family. Dwayne owner, and his lovely wife, Ken their son. Both Ken and Dwayne who helped me, are very knowledgeable and helpful, and spent a lot of time answering my many questions. This is a real family business with caring service, and great fair prices. I stopped in this morning bringing in 2 firearms: a. Colt 1892 .38 D.A. Army Officers side arm b. Octagon Remington Gallery Special .22 My goal is to see if they might be interested in buying or consignment. Well its been a long time I have been treated w/ such contempt? Lousy customer service?

I don't get it so if anyone can help me understand why these Mom/Pop stores are wanting local business yet treat customers terrible. I this one of the greatest 'Consumer' lies?

Stopped in today looking for mag pouch. Did not get a hello or any acknowledgement when I walked in. Looked around for 3 to 5 minutes. There were 2 employees helping one customer. Did not get any help or no one even asked if I needed help. I will never go back and give them my business. This is not a singular event. The first time this happened I gave the business the benefit of the doubt but this time it confirms this business has the worst customer service. In a smaller town like Auburn businesses must rely on good service or our money will go elsewhere. My money will never see this...
