We came here for a tasting & had a fantastic time. The owner was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. We were a party of 7- including a 5-year-old. While I wouldn't say that this place is overly kid-friendly, we had zero issues & she snacked on some meat and cheeses that we had ordered. The wines were all very pleasant & the owner did a fantastic job explaining the details of each wine served. The facilities were also very quaint. The setting inside does a great job balancing the history of the building with the atmosphere of a Winery. Speaking of history, this place is loaded with it. We had a great time reading & learning about the history of the building, which we had never heard about before despite living in Oregon all our lives. The meat & cheese board was assembled nicely & complimented our wine very well. While I am not very knowledgeable about different types of wines & their details, nothing felt "conflicting" in flavor. Overall, we had a fantastic experience here.

Once I decided to visit Historic Aurora, I was hoping that Pheasant Run Winery was going to be a highlight of my day's visit and it was. I was welcomed to a "specially selected " wine tasting of white, rose, and red wines chosen by Tom, our server, for my specific preferences in wines. Tom was also gracious enough to share some history of the winery, its building, its sister winery (also in Aurora), and the town's history. After selecting a few bottles of wine to take home, I was so pleased with everything that I am considering to become a member.

Solid wines and a tasty cheese board. We enjoyed the lovely outdoor seating and interesting stories told by the wine and the setting, in this interesting old bank with a checkered past.

This is absolutely one of our favorite wineries. The staff are always incredibly friendly. There are some wonderful light bites and local hazelnuts at an incredibly affordable price to enjoy with your tasting. The variety of wines are excellent. If you are a lover of big bold and jammy reds or just red wines in general, this is definitely a winery you will want to visit. The tasting experience is also enjoyable in that they will take a moment to share about the wines and it is not a "canned" experience. It's worth taking the...
