Well I called ahead for a record player was given false information on the quality and function even mentioned I was driving from Vancouver specifically for this item and wanted it to be in good enough shape to play I was told they checked it out even called me back after playing it and cycling it's functions when I get there the record player won't turn on and doesn't have a needle....even had the gall to offer me a business card and told me to check in regularly they get better ones in all the time, no courtesy, disrespectful,...

Gloria is a lovely, fair, patient woman. She's knowledgeable about her pieces, and very gracious to window shoppers. I just bought several more pieces from her and already look forward to returning.
