Ran into the store to grab a card before my movie to get a children’s BDay card. I was followed almost stalked by an employee who pretended to be looking at cards! It was creepy and disturbing to see this grown woman pretending to organize cards but apparently worried I was going to stick a card in my tiny little purse or in the tiny pockets in hiking paints. Incredible. I have a pretty impressive job and consider myself an honest respectful person . I spend $$$$$$ in stores , so being treated like a 14 year old shop lifter is really beyond words. I should have left the store and purchased the card at Walgreens or King Soopers! Shame on you ladies . I try to patronize small businesses . I was probably too casual ….. hair in a ponytail … I guess there is a dress code? I left feeling embarrassed for the two storekeepers because to humiliate oneself in that way must be a sad way to spend a day. Good luck !
