New Tech Tennis — Attraction in Austin

Purchased a balance board off the website. When I received the measuring metrics on the board were all in centimeters on the bottom and on the top the inches were 13 1/2" and 14" so not standard racquet lengths IE 26" 27" 28". Corresponded with Greg and he admitted the price was reduced due to a factory error measurement on the board. his suggestion was to use the incorrect inches and convert. I found this the be inconvenient as did not want to deal with the conversion and wanted accurate measures on the board when working with customers and this "factory error" was not disclosed in the details on the site. Greg offered to allow me to return the board but only pay 1/2 the shipping expense of $17 each way. On the surface this seemed reasonable but decided to take my losses and run. My choice as I did not want to do any further business with a company which knowingly sells product on the site which is not what you are paying for and with no full disclosure on the details of what you are receiving. Not so much about the $ I was out but more around intent of the business practices. I share this post as a caveat emptor with this business to be careful what you are deciding to purchase.
