I knew something was wrong when no one greeted me as I came in, and then as I stood there for five minutes, no one asked me my name for my order. My order was 12 minutes late, and it was clear they were prioritizing people in the building over online orders. Received the worst sandwich I’ve had here, pretty much ever. It was soaking wet, no idea why. It had onions on it, when I asked for no onions. It only had one piece of bacon on each side, when it should’ve had two, by default, and really it should’ve had four, as I paid for extra bacon. Also, I did not receive a pickle spear. It’s a minor thing, but I really like that pickle. I wish I could say this is a recent occurrence, but something has changed at this location. I’ve bought from this location for decades, in the last year and a half I have consistently not been getting extra bacon on my subs. If you buy anything here, you better check to make sure it’s done right before you head out of the door. UPDATE 12/08/2024 Finally decided to try Firehouse again, ordered extra bacon, and yet again they did not provide it. That’s over a dozen times in the last two years that they have not provided the extra bacon and refused to refund the $2 for it. UPDATE 03/19/2025 Been months, so thought I would try it again. Nothing has changed. Ordered the exact same thing. Onions were once again on the sandwich despite saying no onions. Once again, I paid $2 for extra bacon, and no extra bacon. I would have included a picture of the receipt, but they did not provide a receipt to me, and I went in the store and order this time versus using the app. Horrible location. Horrible management. It didn’t used to be this way.

Husband went to get us dinner. Said staff was unable to communicate with him effectively due to language barrier. (Staff only spoke Spanish). He asked for a side of Mac n’ Cheese, then was told they didn’t know they served Mac n’ Cheese and couldn’t locate the proper spot on the point of sales system to charge him for the side, (what kind of establishment employs people who are unfamiliar with the menu and how to properly ring customers up?) Then proceeded to charge him for the “combo” instead of the Mac n’ Cheese. Reading through the reviews, seems to be a common occurrence at this location and Firehouse Subs Corporation doesn’t seem to care about its customers from the customer service they provide at this location. Many of the reviews, do not seem to be resolved considering most of them have happened months, to years prior to my individual review. You would think with the way they advertise, and the cost of their products they would at least offer better service than received tonight, will be going to Subway or even Jersey Mikes from this point forward. Sheesh.

always enjoyed getting a sandwich at this place using the app for discounts birthday promos and being able to enjoy quality customer service at this location. at both lunch time and dinner time I have visited I've had good experiences getting in and out within a reasonable time with plenty of seating and plenty of drink options as well as sandwich options staff here keep the restrooms and the environment clean consistently keep up. highly recommend a new chicken parmesan meatball which is absolutely delicious

We ordered online and when the food arrived the order was incorrect. We drove to the restaurant to have the order corrected and entering the store the greeting was anything but welcoming! We explained that we’d like to have our sandwiches remade. We handed her the sandwiches along with the print out of our detailed order and how it should’ve been made to begin with. We stood aside, watching as she Proceeded to remake the sandwiches not paying any attention to the details! We stopped her and she looked at us with a deer in the headlights stare. Not long after another young lady came out and they began speaking in Spanish ignoring us. It took the both of them to complete the task at hand and took an excessive amount of time to do so. When we returned home our sandwich meat had been overcooked.The whole Experience was pretty pathetic to say the least.

I love the concept of firehouse subs, and what they stand for. It’s sad The two ladies at this location represented...
