I have to be honest, fry's has a nice store. Now the bad, the poor employees don't know where anything is located. Ok, listen up mates, if you want a general location they might get lucky and get you in the right quadrant of the store, ok. And I'm not talking about the blokes that just started working two weeks ago, I'm chating about the blokes that have been working at fry's with some tenure. Its the must frustrating experience to need something and not be able to find it, after being assured the item I came in looking for that I'm holding in my hand is on iale 26 halfway down on the right side. After looking for 15 to 20 minutes you go and get this mate and he comes with you, you both look again for an additional 10 minutes. Then you follow this mate to the infamous computer and you stand there and look at the back of a flat monitor screen and a blank look on your mate's face as he picks on the keys only to tell you, at this time they are out of that particular item at this time. Now don't you think he could of looked the item up and saved you an hour? Ok know the twist, while you were looking at the back of the screen the mate found out that the store did not carry that item, so all that typing he was doing was called,"cover your a**". Because if your like me you would stop at the front and ask if they carry the item you have in your hand. That mate will look it up an see notes from the first mate,"now is you mind blown yet". Would I recommend, like I said," it's a nice store if you up for a scavenger hunt". Thanks...
Read moreFrys is the best place, it's like Disneyland to me. Sometimes I go here when I don't even want anything just because I love looking at all the new stuff they have for such great prices. If you need anything and I mean anything in the electronics industry from solder to drones come to frys as they have everything. The only thing I will say is don't get them to build your computer for you, just do it yourself. It's like Legos for grown ups, it's incredibly easy and they're going to be charging you at least $100 to put it together with cable management leaving something to be desired. The one good thing is that if they do mess up anything they will replace it for free but the only thing that you can really mess up when putting a computer together (as long as you're wearing an ESD strap) is the socket pins, so just don't touch those and leave the cats on until you're ready to put the CPU in. Other than that, frys rules the electronics world. If you're a geek like me just go to Fry's,...
Read moreI bought the new Motorola Z4 and they didn't have a case for it, they do not have enough employees in the store because I waited for someone to wait on me for over 20 minutes and that's not good customer service and you supposed to be a electronic store, but you have bad customer service and a limited selection of products for me to give this store 1 Stars is because of bad customer service and no products I watch 2 managers in white shirts stand 20feet away from me and talk and laugh with each other while I stood there in the TV section watching them talk, they waited on another customer that walked up to them but they never took the time out to stop talkin and walk over and help me (they saw me standing there ) I saw them turn and walk away so I had to walk over to them to get...
