Spirit Pieces — Attraction in Austin

First, David is very nice, but i don't appreciate getting spammed with sales, and specials for this service. I don't have relatives or pets in need every week. Then i get a survey to rate the item i received - this was a month prior to the actual complete date. Which means i didn't even have it AND WOULDN'T FOR A MONTH YET. VERY.RUDE!!! Now, i am on hold for over 45 MINUTES To figure out if the post office has my DAD because spirit pieces has not sent me a ship notice. My DAD, if that is the box that is rolling around in the mail truck has been MIA since the 15th. Had a received a ship notice, i would have made arrangements. HOW INSENSITIVE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!! TO HAVE THIS TYPE OF ITEM SHIP, NO NOTICE AND NOW I HAVE NO ACCESS TO IT FOR DAYS. THE USPS HAS ME ON HOLD FOR OVER 3 HOURS NOW, 1 ON FRIDAY, 1 ON SATURDAY AND I AM GOING ON 45 MINUTES TODAY!!! NOT WHAT I EXPECTED!! FRUSTRATED, MAYBE SOME DAY I CAN SAY IT IS A PRETTY PIECE. ITS NOT LIKE I CAN JUST ORDER ANOTHER ONE. Maybe when you removed me, you removed me from all mail. so thanks for sending tracking info on the 19th, i have since figured out that the post office adds digits to the front of the tracking number, and have arranged for a redelivery. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE, AND I KNOW YOU KNOW BECAUSE WE ALREADY SPOKE ABOUT THE SPAM OFFERS. seriously, i wouldnt need an email to reorder something so pretty for the situation as needed. It's hard to find happiness in the loss of a pet but the beautiful art made with ashes was a shocking find a couple of years ago, and I purchased a globed, glass piece with vibrant colors for my boyfriend of the time, infused with his 16 y.o. German Shepherd, Pepper's, ashes. It came looking just like the picture I saw on their site, or maybe slightly prettier. You can't capture all of the sparkles in a photo. The now-ex loved it so much!! and I loved it equally. So when my 18 year old kitty, Phyllis, passed earlier this year, I bought a cat paw-inspired glass piece with hearts and gorgeous colors of its own. But when I picked up her ashes at our vet, they were sealed inside a wooden box, which I specifically made clear I did not want because I'd already purchased the art for her ashes (it only uses a teeny tiny amount). Customer service at Spirit Pieces has been outstanding through each transaction I've made with them, including this recent return. I hope I don't need their art again any time soon (the two remaining pets are middle-aged and healthy), but when the time comes, I cannot wait to memorialize them in something so unique and creative. Losing my 11.5-year-old Great Dane a couple of months ago was devastating. I knew when she passed that I wanted to have jewelry made in her honor that would incorporate some of her ashes. I ordered two necklaces from Spirit Pieces - one is a purple crushed opal and the other is a larger black pendant with sparkly flecks of ash inside. You do have to wait about 4-6 weeks to receive your jewelry, but the wait is worth it. I cried when I opened both necklaces - they’re beautiful, and photos don’t do justice to how sparkly they are. I love that I have two unique pieces of art, but most importantly I love that I can always keep a piece of my dog close to my heart. I received a letter with one of the necklaces stating that the artist had some additional ashes remaining, so I ordered a crushed opal ring to match my necklace. I was given a discount for placing an additional order, and I can’t wait for my ring to arrive. I would definitely recommend Spirit Pieces if you’ve lost a loved one and would like to honor them with a beautiful piece of handmade...
