Last time I went to this location there were three dirtballs working there who were extremely rude to point that I felt uncomfortable. It was a heavier black fella, a scrubby small white girl n' a goofy looking pencil thin boy with blonde hair. I am thinking about popping in there again here soon now that I know there are different sales people than those oddballs. I was very nice to those guys when I was there just like I am to everyone but they called me weird when I walked in n' said hello. When I engaged them about some glass product they even had a bad attitude n' acted like none of them wanted to talk to me. It was quite insulting to me that they acted that way considering in my eyes they were dirtballs.But they are human beings so I tried to give them a chance when I asked each one individually about various products for $ale. I made a mistake I realized though after all three reluctantly n' condescendingly spoke to me. I remember when I left parking lot I thought to myself "I wish I had never gone there" but thank goodness I could go to Round Rock pl K nxt time I needed...

I overheard some of the workers there say that I looked weird out loud after I walked in and said "hello".When I tried to engage with them they were slightly rude and the overall interaction was very awkward. They did not understand the product they were selling which is not a big deal but no one there seemed to even want to make an effort to make a sell. The girl on register who had piercing in her nose as well as skinny blond boy working there had bad body odor. Being that I lived in Cedar Park I was trying to make this my go to location but people working there made me so uncomfortable that I decided to go to Round Rock location instead anytime I wanted a glass piece. I like Planet K but they need hire...

Found this online after being corrected by skinny acne covered pothead who works at this location, “ We don’t sell bongs! Sir! We sell water pipes!” He wasn’t that smooth. He was very much making me unhappy! Talking down to me and such. I’m not a weed smoker but I know a BONG when I see one.
