Title: A Fresh Delight at Poke House Austin I recently had the pleasure of dining at Poke House Austin, and it proved to be an exceptional experience that I am eager to share. Food 5/5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The food is nothing short of spectacular. Each bowl is crafted with precision, bursting with flavors that are both refreshing and satisfying. The ingredients are exceptionally fresh, allowing the natural flavors of the fish and vegetables to shine through. Whether you're a fan of traditional poke or enjoy creating your culinary masterpiece with their customizable options, every bite promises a taste of the ocean. The sushi rice is perfectly cooked, and the variety of toppings and sauces add a dynamic twist to each bowl. An absolute must-visit for any poke enthusiast! Service 5/5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The service is impeccable. From the moment you enter, the staff greets you with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. They are attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that your dining experience is seamless from start to finish. The team is knowledgeable about the menu and is always willing to offer recommendations if you're feeling indecisive. Each visit feels personalized, making you feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. I've been to Poke Fit in Leander, Poke and Bowl in Cedar Park, and Poke House in north Austin, and Poke House is my favorite. They're just a bit more value for your dollar, the environment is cool and has plenty of seating, and they've got a menu full of great options (while interesting looking, I've yet to try the hot Cheetos on anything). Be sure to ask for a punch card, because you will want to come back. Be careful around lunchtime, because it gets crazy busy. If you know you want this, order ahead online and just pick it up when you arrive. Update: I had a punch card I was about to fill and get a free poke bowl, but they switched their rewards system so now it's just a bowl of soup. Not gonna lie, I'm pretty annoyed.

I got a regular poke rice bowl with white rice, cubed salmon, pineapple, corn, scallion, edamame, cucumber, seaweed salad, cilantro, sesame seeds, crushed hot Cheetos, spicy house sauce, and sweet ginger sauce. The bowl was huge. I had enough to eat it for lunch and for dinner. You definitely get what you pay for, but I wish they had a smaller size. Raw fish is best when it’s really fresh, so this is not the type of food you want to have leftovers of. Overall I enjoyed the bowl and thought the fish tasted fresh. Next time I come I will probably try out their different sauces and toppings, but I do recommend the crushed hot Cheetos. It sounds like a strange topping, but I enjoyed the spice and crunch it added to the bowl.

I really love fish and pokebowls, but I wouldn’t say they were extraordinary here. I would rate the food 3 stars. The miso soup was not tasty at all. It lacked depth of flavor. The place is quite clean, and when we arrived, there were many free tables. I didn’t like the service here. It was our first time, and we had a few questions, like “What is inside in the pokerrito?” When I asked, they responded as if I was asking for a favor. They didn’t greet us when we arrived, and throughout the ordering process, they never smiled, even though we were in a really good mood, and I smiled at them. After reading reviews, I realized I’m not the only one who noticed this.

Pole House at Great Hills is one of the best places in the city to get a fresh, never frozen burrito. Their Cheeto's wrap is a must-try, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
