I'm writing to share my disappointing experience with the "free eighth" promotion I heard about.

I called ahead to confirm the details and was explicitly told that no purchase was necessary to receive the free eighth. The person I spoke with on the phone stated, "We're just trying to get people to come in, no purchase necessary."

However, after an hour-long bus ride to your shop, I was informed that a $40 minimum purchase was required, which directly contradicted what I was told on the phone.

I was a complete newb when walking in but desperately needed help with sleeping. I don’t want to be on insomnia meds as there are worse side effects. So in a fit of desperation I came to the THC Lounge and got an angel of a person named, Sarah, who held my hand through educating me on options. I ended up with a low dose of sleep gummies and a vape for emergencies. I haven’t had this good of sleep in a very long time. I don’t wake up tired or fatigued. I have referred my boss lol who went and got gummies and topicals. My parents have also joined in for physical pain, anxiety and depression. We all love it.
