The location is simply a food truck in a small park within the congregation outside of a brewery. They require you to order through their app/website and pay from it as well. The prices on the website were unfortunately higher than the posted pricing on the food truck, which was a bit confusing. The food itself was pretty darn good, it's a great burger, and their fries were addicting, we may have also received a second order of fries mistakenly. Despite being adverse to eating French fries, they drew me in and I ate them all, they're just that good to me. If you're in the area, and perhaps you had a couple of brews from the local business, I definetly recommend grabbing a delicious burger if you're in the area. Parking is sometimes a bit iffy, so be aware you may be having to search a bit for a spot. They also only offer some nearby bench seating, not the most comfortable, but very...

I rarely write reviews but feel obligated for this place. I ordered the palace burger and fries to go. When I got home and was taking the burger out of the bag, I immediately noticed how light it felt before unwrapping it. I couldnt believe how thin the patty was. In fact, I weighed. Less than 3 ounces. I had trouble handling the patty because it was so thin. For the price, you're basically paying for the bun and meat appears secondary. It was litterslly 1/8" thick. There are too many other options in this town for this to be acceptable. The flavor was good, or was it the bun and cheese? It was hard to tell. So if you go there, I suggest getting a double, ut then the price is questionable for what you are getting. Feeling like I won't be returning.too. ad because I was...

The burger is good, but not great. I got the single and I should have opted for the double since the single patty was very thin. I prefer my burgers with a lot of fresh veggies (lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles), but they only offered pickles, onions, cheese, and their sauce. Nothing against Patty Palace, but just a personal preference. The system struggled with our order and we were never notified it was ready. Again, nothing Patty Palace did intentionally, but definitely hurt our experience.

Overall, it’s fine. The burgers are tasty enough, and we would order again, but probably put of convenience. Patty Palace likely isn’t something I would seek out...

I recently ordered Patty Palace and was pretty underwhelmed by the experience. The burger was fine — in terms of smash burger it's true to its form (very smashed). The pickles were pretty thick cut so that taste lingered, too. I mainly write this review because of the onion petals. It was a measly serving considering they charge $8 for a "basket". Several pieces were entire chunks of onion so pieces were cooked to different levels and all-in-all made for a subpar visit. In total for a burger and onions, with their suggested tip, it came to a little over $21, and I can't say the meal was at all worth that.

The burger was good, even after being left to cook a bit too long. The fries were good also, and I'm not usually a fry person. They use good pickles, and I'm pretty sure they use Martin's potato rolls, which is a plus if that's true. I'm taking off a star because they don't accept cash. In my opinion that's unacceptable. On top of that, I couldn't just hand them a card to pay. I had to scan the code, place an online order, enter my information, and pay online. It's like dude, I'm literally standing right here. Just take my $10 and $5 🙄. For that reason, I won't be back.

We are so lucky to have so many amazing burger options here in Austin but this is simply the best. They really did it. The menu is just 3 flawless items. I recommend trying everything on the menu for less than $20!! That $20 would only get you a burger at the second best place in Austin. If you’re reading this trying to pick a place to eat, STOP. Order online and head that way right now, I promise you will be so impressed. Bonus: This is connected to an awesome brewery- St Elmo so you can grab a glass of beer while you’re there.
