I had nothing but a positive experience with everyone at Cowboy Pools. I had reached out to their customer service email address to find out what would be the best way to level the ground, as our backyard already has river rocks in it. We also already had a cut out in our deck and I wanted their professional opinion on which size would be best to fit the area. Aaron talked to me on the phone and walked me through how to measure the space and what he felt would be best. We scheduled our delivery a few months in advance and they were so communicative the entire process. I had so many questions and Krysten and Aaron would always respond to my emails in a quick and friendly manner. We even decided to get the epoxy liner a few days before the day of delivery and they handled it all for us with no issues at all. On the day of delivery, Ryan and Andy installed everything and explained how everything worked for us. Honestly, they were so efficient and so friendly. We went the route of getting the natural gas water heater and worked with their plumber, Ryan, who was also great and so communicative. We actually used our pool last night (February) and we got it up to 105 degrees. So not only do we have a pool in the summer, but can basically have a hot tub in the winter! I know there are several companies in Austin that can provide this product and many people think they can even DIY it but when I say Cowboy Pools is the best in the business, I mean that. I feel so confident that if anything were to go wrong with our pool in the future, they will back their product and help us. I truly believe they are a 100% customer satisfaction type of company.
