While ago I walked in to get my watch bracelet fixed. The pin slid out. He said he would have it done in a few days. Week went by when I called, no answer. Came in store said he hadn’t gotten to it. Told me to give him another few days. Another week went by. Came back in to find it sitting In same shape, he just gave it back to me. Got it fixed at another shop in a matter of minutes.
