Lines and Living Art: Creative Outlet — Attraction in Bakersfield

What a fun night! What a gift to be able to be a part of the first installment of the create community art nights! I've never felt more relaxed, supported, accepted, comfortable or safe feeling as i did in this studio! Also the studio is GOREGOUS, PLANTS ARE EVERYWHERE oh and did i mention it's non profit and the owner of the studio has poured every fiber of her being into making this being a fully inclusive place for kids and adults with disabilities. My daughter just started and loves this place! It is a very friendly environment. My daughter is always ready to get there but never ready to leave, lol. For the past 15 years, my daughter has worn her headset almost 24/7, Even during movies at the theater, she concentrates better and feels secure with her music playing. For the 1st time, she took them off for the entire art activity at Lines and Living Art! This place is amazing, I am glad we found it. I just wish they had longer hours. I got in touch with Lines And living art a couple weeks before my company’s corporate training event to set up a team-building activity. Lines And living art made it super easy to coordinate and on the day of the event my team had a wonderful time. April did a wonderful job leading my team and incorporating the “growth” theme within the activity. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we’d all love to do it again....
