I've been doing business with BEST since 1975.

EVEN THOUGH the choice of this company name just happened to be the owners last name he had to have been serious about bringing NO DISHONOR to his family name....fast forward to this day and age of lies and "mis-speaking" the fact that I'm STILL doing business with the BEST folks for over 40 years speaks volumes. I ran Alexander Rolls Royce Limousine Service for over 30 years ( I probably drove your mom to her wedding and maybe you to your prom ) by happenstance, they were around the corner - I operated out of the Wedding Belle on Eastern Avenue. The BEST kept my fleet running and helped me engineer electric systems to make and keep them running as Rolls Royces and most British cars didnt like to start or run in the rain....go figure.

They could have been a typical automotive operation that would say " Ohhhh drive like a sport....PAY like a sport. THEY DIDNT. The were always, always fair, kind and professional and here I am today, driving across town because they are well worth the drive - I know what to expect... great prices, honest diagnosis and perfect installations every time..... not to mention a warm welcome that they are known to give to all.

Kudos to the 'class' management / ownership - employees like Bruce & company dont stick around for 20-30 years if they arent treated well. The name BEST means what it means ..... BEST and worthy of 10 stars if I could award them! You'll never be...

If you want a good batteries, don’t go to their shop. After reading their reviews, I bought 16 batteries for two of my trucks in October 2021. These batteries had 2 year warranty on it. After 5-6 months, they start giving my driver issues like dying within 1-2 days on engine shut off. After month or so of that trouble, went back to them with all the batteries for replacement under warranty & their technician told me it must be your alternator fault that these batteries gone bad lol ( what a joke) . Because I got my alternators checked for both truck from Freightliner shop & they said alternators are in good condition & working as they suppose to. This technician was telling me we can’t replace them under warranty but we will give you 5 percent discount on new ones. I left their facility & got 16 batteries from Peterbilt shop & they are better quality & reasonable price compared to Best Battery’ batteries. Peterbilt shop batteries are running smoothly since I have installed them. Horrible experience overall! Hopefully this review will help other people to save their money & time & get quality batteries & service...

So thankful I came here instead of PepBoys/AutoZone!!! My battery was old dead (2 jumps in 3 days, and 5 years old). The big chain stores were quoting $180 for a new battery, plus a potential wait of an hour or more.

These fine fellas got me in right away, had me in and amount the door in about 10 minutes, and we're $70 less than the chain stores, with the battery still being brand new and guaranteed for 3 years!

The tech who helped me out was a pleasure to chat with while he worked--he found rat droppings in the battery compartment (GROSS, but city living--what do ya do?). He was so nice about it, and even offered a couple suggestions of things to try to keep them out (luckily, it looks like they're just hanging out in there, but not chewing the wires, knock on wood).
