Heard so many things good about this place, went first time few days ago , they were closing , but got a whole family value meal chicken the portions were big but I got so sick , heart burn and bathroom runs for the past 2 days , I finally made a doctors appointment tomorrow Monday !!! cause this is not normal , is not my first time eating Peruvian chicken since am half Peruvian and am used to their condiments but to get sick this way from this place is a night mare , they must be not so clean but will update my results . So unfortunate won’t ever eat in this place ever again!

Also aside of the problem with my health there is a guy at the cashier that is very disrespectful and fresh tors woman , very low class , I definitely know he is not the owner , think he is Dominican or Latin but the owners should take in consideration that a person that is fresh , not respectful , and treats females in a harrasing way hurts their business tremendously !!!

Dear owner please get another cashier that has respect for all including woman that is not flirty and polite , it really affects your image and business, now people are not been quiet about sexual harrasment and as a female I feel not safe at a place were people treat Me this way !!! this is something you should take in great...

I was not satisfied with the restaurants service. I decided to try it out because of the high reviews but was disappointed with the service and the food.

I placed an order for pick up and it was not ready when I arrived and the cashier poorly managed the telephone lines and front counter meal orders. Because he was unable to handle the phone lines and front counter transactions my attempts to inform him about my Order for pick up was ignored and he held up front counter orders unnecessarily.

I gave the place two stars because the flavor was yummy but the rice was UNDERCOOKED and very HARD.

I called to speak with the manager but I was told he was out of town. Maybe that is why I received such poor service. Loyal customers appreciate consistency. Maybe they were having a rough day but regardless I won't be returning.

There's an amazing Peruvian restaurant closer to downtown called Puerto 511. Great value and delicious food. Try it and you won't think twice...

The charbroiled chicken is wow the sauce they have the yellow one doesnt kick but the green one DOES!!!,they are both great, sometimes the guys that work the front order are less than nice, just make sure that the chicken you are getting is freah out of the oven that is in front of you, sometimes they want to give you sometimes its been there that is not that fresh, i would give the chicken 5 stars but the prices change from what the board says because of the sides could be white rice fried rice fried plantains black beans corn salad fries or fried yuca, my problem is that the prices change depending on whar side are you getting thw guy that works the cashier he is is the only one that knows the real prices cause they fluctuate a lot even if you want to get a regular coca cola the price will change a lot if you choose inca kola a soda that is...

A friend referred to this restaurant. There were limited number of tables to allow social distancing. The decor was basic. We ordered half chicken, with 3 sides plantain, egg fried rice & corn. Chicken tasted amazing, very tender and the flavors were well infused deep in the meat. Chicken Egg fried rice reminded me of Chinese egg fried rice with chunks of chicken and eggs. The corn was bigger in size and was tasty I thought the price was very reasonable for the amount of food. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Charcoal cooked rotisserie chicken. Chicken has alot of flavor and is moist, Spanish style rice was really good and so are the red beans. Not much in the way of seating find a table and sit down, pretty basic. If you are on the run for a quick puck up for lunch and or dinner this spot does the trick and quite well at that. The only thing I would say is some of the food is just a tad on the salty side so definitely grab yourself a drink but other that that it was a good meal.

There is no menu. Everyone speaks Spanish. The chicken is to die for. I’ve had Peruvian grilled chicken in East Harlem. This takes the prize. It was soft and juicy but intensely flavorful and crispy on the outside. Also fantastic plantains and yucca fritas. All in all, an incredible deal. Watching the chicken boss chop up a chicken expertly with a flourish of his butcher knife is worth coming for in itself.
