Diner Latino — Restaurant in Baltimore

I feel like the beef was tuff, and filled with fat. I ordered extra shrimp and I only got 3 shrimp, I didn't mind the prices, I just wanted my quantity, and quality, but as I looked around at all the folks that were seated, which were all latino, I couldn't help but notice the quality, quantity and, helpful, and respectful, service they were giving. As a Black girl, longing for that Mediterranean, latino kitchen cooked meal, that I traveled from afar to fulfill my appetite, I have never felt such disappointment....... Never discriminate on a person spending their hard earned money, that wants to come and spend money to eat at ur establishment. Just remember United we stand...

Bad waitress, if you have all the time in the world then you came to the right place. You wait for about 7 mins before getting a menu, than 15 mins for the waitress to come ask you what you want. 20 mins later your food is ready still have no drinks and the food sits on the counter for another 10 mins. The cooks have to tell the manager to get her to serve the food by ringing the bell 5times and she knew the food was there prior because as she was grabbing food for customers that came in after us and ordered after us our food was there infront of her all she did was just went to flirt with the men that came in to the...

Antes yo venia a este lugar con cierta frecuencia, justo hoy que vengo con invitados porque supuestamente la comida es deliciosa me encuentro con una malisima experiencia; el unico personal amable que hay ahi es un señor (a quien olvide preguntar el nombre). Mi visita fue hoy, pedi un desayuno (incluia un casamiento) pero yo por motivos de SALUD pedi me lo cambiaran, sin embargo me lo sirvieron asi (por capricho de la cocinera), el señor que nos atendió super amable me lo fue a cambiar, yo pude escuchar con mucha claridad el descontento, las malas expresiones que hicieron las cocineras de mi (su cliente), que tristeza la falta de PROFRESIONALISMO, eso no se hace es de muy mal gusto. Pero no terminando ahi, me llevan mi plato y que sorpresa, tanto la comida de mi familia como la mia estaba FRIA, SIN SASON, BAÑADA EN ACEITE, TORTILLAS QUEMADAS, hasta me dio duda si le habian puesto algo a mi plato pues hasta este momento me sigue doliendo el estomago (malestar que me quedó) desde que probe la "comida". Gracias a Dios existen muchisimos lugares donde ir, lastima este lugar era uno de mis favoritos por su sazon y atencion. Recomendado JAMAS!!!! presten atencion a su personal de cocina, eduquenlas, seria muy bueno darles una clase de atencion al cliente, hasta yo se las puedo dar si gustan (doy clases de servicio al Cliente) porque vaya que si las necesitan, si bien ellos no estan cara a cara con la gente, su falta de respeto deja mucho que desear, y eso se nota en la falta de sazon en lo que cocinan pues parece que lo cocinan y luego lo meten al refrigerador y despues de ello lo sirven (ahora entiendo porque tarda mas de 1 hora el proceso), uno puede esperar y entender la falta de personal pero nada justifica un mal trato y una...
