Spartan Pizzeria Restaurant — Restaurant in Baltimore

I’m so disappointed. I have absolutely LOVED this restaurant ever since I moved here. Their pizza is so good however, I will not be ordering from them again. I placed an order on slice for delivery, which I have done 12 times before… I ordered a pizza, crab dip, and a cheesesteak at 6:02pm today. At 6:16 they called to say they didn’t have the crab dip. So I said okay can you just cancel that? They said no, that I had to contact slice. I then contact slice and they remove the crab dip from my order. My order is then marked out for deliver at 6:40… I live right down the street so at 7:26 I call them to ask about my order… the women that answers the phone tells me “you asked for us to cancel the order” AND THEN INSTANTLY MY ORDER IS CANCELLED ON THE APP… so I said “No I didn’t, I asked for the crab dip to be cancelled which I did through the app as I was told to”… she then proceeds to just hang up on me instead of helping me. I call her back and she says “you cancelled your order”. So she literally just hangs up on me knowing damn well that my order was updated to remove the crab dip. You literally marked it out for delivery, you waited to cancel the order until I called back asking about it… you KNEW I did not cancel it. Wtf? This is such disgusting customer service? I’ve literally ordered from you guys once a week since I moved here… just to be hung up on when I’m asking you for help...

For about 2 months the food here was great. don’t know if new employees were hired or what happened but quality has gone down , sometimes it tastes reheated. The wings were always my favorite part and the buffalo sauce / hot sauce that’s used on them is great. however when ordering i have not gotten the extra side of hot sauces i request (has happened 4-5 times in a row now. ) , i don’t mind paying extra for it either. and last night when i did order and asked for extra hot sauce on side they ended up making the wings extra spicy which i didn’t eat because they had no taste and were spicy for some reason. I called and was told they would replace the wings and would send someone over however an hour later i called back and they said they weren’t gonna do it anymore because they were gonna close in 15 minutes. But next time i order i could get 10% off. which every time it happens and i call back i’m patient and understanding but i always get something along the lines of here’s 2$ off your next order etc. So all in all 10/25/21 i ordered at about 9:45pm ish , got my food at about 10:43pm and called back at about 11:36 , to ask about the replacement. ended up not eating the pizza because it was cold while i waited for the wings as i didn’t expect to wait over an hour and not receive the wings lol. Will be on the lookout for a new pizza place...

So we used to order from Spartans all the time we love their wings and pizza and subs somewhere along the line maybe about 3-4 years ago everything started going downhill whenever we would get our food it was never right so we stopped ordering from there for about 3 years and then recently was the first time we decided to try Spartans again because we did like the quality of the food. That was a mistake we ordered two subs and a pizza the pizza was good and came the way we asked but the subs were not we asked for provolone cheese we got American neither one of the subs had what we asked for on it. It would have been really good if it would have been what we asked for but it wasn't and nobody really wants to risk getting a sub that has a bunch of stuff you don't like on it. So we'll probably refrain from going to Spartans again for a while till they get their stuff...
