K&D Restaurant — Restaurant in Baltimore

The owner is rude and they have no respect for the customers. I have ordered from this resturant many times, I like the food very much but have been let down by the owners. Twice I have called and complained about a grubhub order of over $80 and both times they play the card that they do not speak English. So I used my limited Spanish to talk with them only for them to tell me to call grub hub and that even though they made the mistake that they can't refund me or fix the problem. I told them I wanted my order to ve corrected, and they told me the only way to do that was to drive the food back to them for them to see it and then replace it. I told them that is not the point of geubhub if I wanted to drive their I would have never paid the delivery fee or tip to the driver. When I arrived the owner was their even though I was told no management was their nor anyone who spoke English the owner did speak English and even let it out that she was their the whole time. During the time to replace the food the owner would never say she was wrong, she could care less when I told her how many times I have ordered. She answered to just not order any more. This is my second time visiting this restaurant it's near my job and I LUV the food. I get a Mixed Cerviche that is so tasty 😘 and a Fish that is so meaty WOW!! One of my fave go to spots for sure.
