I really like this park. I discovered it before many people moved into the apartments nearby or the businesses really opened it. I love that it is gated and kids can not simply push it open themselves. However their are multiple gates so a dozen side is before letting your kids run free you have to make sure all the gates are closed as not everyone makes sure the gate is closed when they leave.
I wish the park had a more traditional swing. It has a low to the ground hammock but my not well coordinated toddler sometimes gets stuck on it. There are plants inside and some wood chips around them. If you have a kid who will try to put things in their mouth be aware of that. I dont love that you have to pay for parking. As of now there is plenty of parking but as it gets warmer/ more people move into the area that may change. I do enjoy the park but go mostly for the gate that makes me feel most safe with...
