It's pretty especially in the spring with all the fresh blooms, but that's about it, nothing really special. People often fly kites around here when the weather is nice too, some of which are rather unique. It's also a bit elevated so there is a decent view over the Southeast side of the city.

Unfortunately every basic b... comes here for photos whether it be an iPhone or an actual dslr for a full blown photo shoot; so it tends to be kinda crowded and noisy. Plus people sometimes play loud music as if they are gracing the ears of everyone around. If either of these characteristics applies to you, please stop.

It's worth a stop by for a quick photo or maybe a picnic nearby, but thats about it. If you want to take some pictures get in, take a couple, and get out. If you're gonna hang out around here, leave your speakers at home and use headphones. Chances are very few people care for your music and most would...

Beautiful! Very nice park, there is a sense of safety in the park itself and immediate surroundings. You can tell by the well maintained structures, both housing and commercial. Seems like an up and coming neighborhood, people of all ages but, I did notice a healthy amount of young professionals as well as families, many animal lovers to . I do recommend caution when distancing from immediate park surroundings, seems a bit shady. Demographically speaking beautiful mix of all races but mainly caucasian. Always remember Baltimore has gone through hard times, the authorities and residents are doing their best to bring back this wonderful city, in the meantime enjoy but exercise caution and common sense...

The Pagoda offers the best skyline views of downtown, in addition to many iconic buildings along the harbor. As you take the stunning spiral staircase up a few floors, each floor offers 360-degree views with informative/historical signage. The Pagoda is free to enter, but only open at certain times/days, so make sure to check when it's open. There were friendly greeters at the doors.

The surrounding parkland also offers some cool preserved pieces old parks used to have. Don't miss them. It seemed pretty safe to be sporting a nice camera inside the large park paths, but shady characters can always be around. Always watch your back (especially near the street sidewalks), and enjoy the best views...

The park is expansive with trails that are pet and family friendly. This park offers space for large groups or individuals. Benches and pavillions are there as well as concrete padding near the pagoda. Features a lot of shade and various flora and trees to see as you walk the park. The park is walking distance from many metered parking lots or garages. The pagoda was not accessible on my visit, however, appeared as if it is often times open to the public on certain occasions based on items stored in the main lobby. Recommended as one area to visit during your time in Baltimore.

To be completely honest I've seen the establishment and landmark many times before but only due to the event that was posted on social media I was actually able to attend and see what it was all about and how it stood and what was all around and I must say it was amazing the event was very small and convenient but it was held and done very properly and up to par I would definitely recommend the area for a nice sitting and relaxing spot to enjoy a picnic or just to enjoy the breeze of a good day
