So this will be the very LAST TIME I ever give this "establishment" my business.
After not coming here for a few weeks because of some very rude and unprofessional conduct/customer service that was being shown towards me by the staff working here. I decided to give them one last shot on a per visit basis. And while the last time was very promising tonight was the straw that broke the camel's back for me.
So I go in order 3 regular hamburgers a cheese steak without cheese so really a steak sub 2 orders of fries and 2 cans of soda that came with it. So when the staff member taking my order hands me the receipt I noticed he put ham & cheese instead of hamburger. When I questioned him on it his response was "oh ham and cheese is hamburger don't worry about it". And it was at that point when I was concerned because despite me telling him hamburger and telling one of the cooks hamburger as well they brought me 3 ham & cheese on bun sandwiches.
To which at that point when I went to go clear up the situation given that I was already irritated that not only did I clarify that I wanted hamburger not ham and cheese that I repeated it multiple times and my order was wrong. At that point did both cooks decided to come to the front to see what was wrong.
At that point I just wanted a full refund for everything and be on my way. But instead what happened was I had both the order taker and cook continue to try and say they would remake the order and it would take 5 minutes.
Which I respectfully declined. To which the order taker offered a 10% discount on my next visit. Which I didn't want also respectfully declined as well.
And when I asked for a full refund the order taker asked "well I can refund you for the burgers (well lack of there of) but what's wrong with the steak sub? That's fine".
Which at that point I decided to just walk out of that store leaving all the food behind.
Which I will be calling me bank on Monday and disputing and getting my money back as well.
The fact of the matter is when I order something and pay for it and you despite the many times I correct something still decide to ignore me and hand me something completely different than what I ordered then have the audacity to question me wanting a full refund and even being completely disrespectful when I've been completely respectful is mind boggling and unacceptable.
So as I'd said this will be the VERY LAST TIME I set foot in that particular establishment.
Maybe they can hire some actual professional people to do a better job than what whoever the f*ck they got working...

THE MANAGER 'STEPS IN' AND PROVIDES ABSOLUTELY NO SATISFACTORY RESOLUTION! THEY ASK FOR FOOD TO BE PICKED OUT OF THE TRASH AND RETURNED, WHEN INCORRECT, IN ORDER TO REPLACE/CORRECT THEIR WRONGS...THIS IS CHEAP AND GROSS AND COMPLETELY UNSANITARY AND RIDICULOUS! I WALKED PAST THEIR KITCHEN, ONCE, WHEN IN THE RESTAURANT PICKING UP FOOD, AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DIRTY AND DISGUSTING! THERE WERE TUBS OF MOLDY LIQUIDS VISIBLE AND TRASH AND DIRTY DISHES PILED EVERYWHERE! THE FOOD ISN'T EVEN GOOD, ON THE RARE OCCASION THAT SOMETHING IS CORRECT FROM THE ORDER! The first couple of times everything was fine. Friendly staff bit of a wait but sort of worth it I guess?
But lately and I mean in the past couple of weeks something changed it was like the friendly fast service I was once getting stopped for some reason.
The staff weren't as welcoming as they once were and I am always respectful to everyone especially those in the line of work as restaurant staff and it is really jarring as to how and why things soured the way they did.
I used to like coming to this location because I knew everytime I did it would be a great experience but now not so much.
Honestly I haven't been to the Hopkins spot in a while and I don't think I will be heading there ever again.
I'm just really disappointed on how great service can just sour the way it did.
Even though I wish them the best and hopefully they can deliver the friendly customer service they once did.
