The Bounce Playhouse Learning Center — Attraction in Baltimore

Wishing I could give zero stars because this place is clearly biased when it came to some things. Some large short haired lady followed me and my nieces around and was yelling and being extremely rude to them and telling them what they can and can't do even though other kids was able to do whatever they wanted. Then acted like I was wrong for asking why she was yelling at them for other things kids was clearly allowed to do. This isn't the first time we came here and this has happened, something similar happened before they upgraded their stuff. This place was horrible my child’s party was at 7 another party was still going on in the party room I reserved and we had no set up time . We didn’t get into the room until 7:30 and the party was over by 9 . The staff turned the music off and deflated the moon bounces before 9. The staff was very rude and unprofessional . They have a policy that if you leave on time you get your deposit back but how is that when your party is already 30 minutes past schedule and you have no set up time never ever again ...

Went there for a party my cousin had and the was staff very ghetto unprofessional and didnt know how to talk to children. Every last employee was on their phone. Instead of tending to the guest a moon bounce deflated on the kids while the staff was on their phone.and had the sharp moon bounce holders sticking out the ground very unsafe. I would never go back the scenery around was even a uncomfortable environment. Lets just say don’t leave any valuables in your vehicle. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY but...
