We rate our whole experience with KAM a 5. As returning customers, we were surprised by not only the new facility but also the friendliness and professionalism of everyone we met at KAM. Starting with Ron, our sales guy, his twenty years in the business showed through with his history of the industry and knowledge of all the new features of so many ovens and ranges. He promised to schedule an appraisal ASAP...and it was. We were notified both by text and by email which requested us to confirm the appraisal appointment. Then we were notified that Eric was en route to our house to complete the appraisal. He arrived on time and was very thorough. Eric is personable, professional and he listens. As soon as he heard my wife's Christmas wish was to have the new wall oven installed by Christmas Eve, he called Ron to schedule our delivery and install. This makes Eric very accommodating.
We were then notified by text and email that our delivery and installation would be Tuesday morning between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. The delivery team and installer arrived before 8:00 AM. Aaron removed the old oven and the delivery team brought in the new appliance. Aaron is a funny guy. It was 8:00 AM and he's cracking jokes and he kept us laughing. His years of experience showed through by his skill and adaptiveness. Aaron is thoughtful and thorough. He was careful every step of the way and then cleaned up the packaging, polished the outside of the oven and set the first cleaning and self-timer. We shared our oystering stories and wished each other a Merry Christmas.

Read moreHad a great experience at KAM in Hyannis yesterday. First off I went over to the washer and dryer section and immediately was approached by the receptionist who left her desk to greet me , didn’t catch her name but I’m sure you know who that gem is . She got a rep for me , Claire was equally as nice and very helpful showing me all the LG washer and dryers and all the different functions they have. The warm welcoming and beautiful new showroom gave me such a good welcoming vibe i didn’t hesitate to buy my washer and dryer there and by the looks of the reviews I think the delivery and install is going to also be a good experience . The nice receptionist also acknowledged me as I was leaving . Hats off the Clair and the the nice lady ! To add to this review , there isn’t enough words to describe how great my delivery was . It was a tough install due to the fact I wanted a big machine in a closet that wasn’t set up properly for it . It took them three trips out here but the People at KAM went the extra big mile to get it done , if I had gotten it anywhere else I wouldn’t have had all the help KAM gave me . They welcome you and they care ! Daniel and his side kick came out twice to do what they had to do and Maynor,Wagner and Romano Came in and got the unit in and working and climbed over the unit to get out . Read moreI feel compelled to alter my five star prior review to a one star for the way I was treated after my tenth or twelfth purchase from Kam. This is the second home we’ve remodeled using their appliances, purchased products well in advance of remodeling and we’re told they would hold the item(s) until we were ready. After months of remodeling delays we were asked to do Kam a favor and accept delivery because their warehouse was too full. We agreed and had the item placed in the garage. Due to code changes we are unable to vent the gas dryer properly and asked to exchange the gas dryer for the same model but the electric version. We were told it was not a problem, just like the gas model, it was in stock and could be exchanged immediately but there would be a $600+ restocking charge! Mind you, the item is still in the box, exactly where the delivery men placed it. The last correspondence I received (from Jenny) asking about my experience said someone would be in touch shortly. Days later, I’m still waiting… Be sure to never do this company any “favors”. It may cost you hundreds…
And now I get a “THANK YOU” for my feedback from the owner? Did they even read my message? Where’s the phone call I was promised? How about a little consideration for all the thousands of dollars I’ve spent with...
