Every time I go in here the girls are so nice! It’s seriously like shopping with a friend. I’m the pickiest purse person and they’re always patient and take the time to shop with me and help me decide. I was in love with a purse one girl sold me a couple months before and I unfortunately burnt the strap really badly and I was so upset. This purse is my baby! I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new one and I can’t afford that right now. I went in and one kind girl went in the back and found a strap for me gave me a new strap for my purse. I stopped by today because one of my purses needed the hardware repaired. The person who helped me let me know I have several options which were to ship it for repair or exchange for a new one because I was still under warranty or pick something else in store. I was not prepared to choose a new purse so I just got a replacement. I was certainly pleased because I hated the idea of waiting for a repair but I absolutely LOVE my Tabby bag.
