Before I get started, I just wanted to point out that our waitress was kind. On the other hand We drove out all the way from fort irwin to celebrate my first mothers day. The food was not good at all. My husband ordered a Oreo milkshake, I’ve been to different locations and they serve you the milkshake in a glass cup with another metal cup with more ice cream to keep pouring. This was not the case here, they gave him the milkshake in a small plastic cup….. The milkshake was $6.79 and had barely anything. I ordered the new mango iced tea and it was warm, had little to no ice and tasted bitter. We got a side of shrimp that was 15.99 and looked good on the menu. What came out for 6 pieces of shrimp was insulting. The shrimp were cold in the middle and you can tell it was just pre frozen fried shrimp and for 16 dollars it was disgusting, the sauce that came with it was sour and my husband and I settled for ketchup instead. We should have known it would all go downhill from here. I ordered a poblano omelette that was cold. My husband ordered the big steak omelette and it tasted like dirty dishwasher water and was also cold. My husband will eat anything but he couldn’t finish it so I had to trade with him. Despite all this we got no silverware when served our food and had to ask for some. They gave us silverware and when we unwrapped it from the napkin it was dirty. Not even washed. At that point I was disgusted.I asked the sever for new silverware and she gave us 2 extra sets and said “here’s another one just in case. I’ll leave a picture of the dirty silverware attached. Cold, overpriced, expensive food that was not up to par. I’m pregnant and started debating if I should even eat it with the risk of food poisoning at this point. So I didn’t. This was $70 down the drain. This was insulting. Honestly don’t even waste your time coming here. Never have I ever had an experience like this one. The audacity to have these prices and have food that is just plain bad...
Read moreI came this morning to eat breakfast with my husband. I was seated fairly quickly. My waitress was very kind, and was checking in on us frequently. My food came out first, I noticed that it was cold. When another waitress brought out my husband’s food shortly after I let her know it was cold. She asked if I wanted it microwaved or remade. I didn’t want to be picky so I didn’t know. She said we can heat it in the microwave and if it tastes funny we can remake it. So my waitress brought it back out and told me to let her know. It was still cold so I asked for it to be remade. My waitress said no problem and took my plate. The manager Jessica Dado came out and asked why I wanted it remade so I explained to her what had happened. She asked why didn’t I want it after they reheated it, I told her it was still cold. Her remark was that “you know that it’s still going to taste the same right?” She was very rude, and did not apologize. It was not my fault the food was cold. I am a paying customer, and I would like my food to be hot when I eat it. My waitress came out to check on our drinks. I asked her if that was her manager and if there was a problem and let her know how the manager approached me. She apologized and said there was no problem. She went to let the manager know. The manager claimed she apologized to us and asked us if we needed anything else, which she did not. The waitress came back and apologized again and let us know my food would be out shortly. The manager never came back out to apologize after the waitress informed her of how she offended us. That is not good customer service, it felt like an attack because she did not want to have my food remade. Very unkind and unprofessional. My husband wanted to leave, but I stayed because our waitress was kind. I think the manager should reconsider her approach to customers because that...
Read moreok so we just ate here and it was moderately busy as 1 table would leave another group would come in. our section there was 4 tables, with a constant 1 1/2 tables empty meaning the 2nd just needed cleaned and half of the restaurant seating was closed off and not being used. our waitress from the receipt I guess here name was lizbeth 2. she took our order and brought our drinks and disappeared someone else brought our food and when I needed a refill on my drink I had to wait for someone to pass by. we had to wait 15 minutes to get our receipt and it was the bus boy that brought it to us. there was a group at the register waiting to be seated when I went to pay it took about 5 min for someone to seat them and she didn't come back to cash me out. it took about another 5 min for some one to come so I could pay. it just so happens to be our waitress. she apologized on the grounds of it being so busy. its Tuesday 930 in the morning. not Saturday or Sunday now that's busy. I was a waitress at chilis for 2 yrs across the street from a major league hockey stadium. this place is at the same exit as the out let mall. if she's this bad on a weekday morning, I could only imagine how horrible the service is on the weekends. the food its IHOP over priced and on the smaller side for portions. don't worry you won't even come close to needing a doggie bag you may not leave hungry but you aren't leaving stuffed. if your a growing teenager your leaving hungry for sure and if you have never been there 5 buttermilk pancakes will cost you 9.99 if you go with the 3 buttermilk pancakes you'll save a whopping. 70 cents. a standard chesseburger the pattie is not really any different than McDonald's patties comes with fries for 12.29. I should have waited for some of the other restaurants to open at 11 it would have been...
