Can't speak more highly of a closing shift crew at any Starbucks I have been in, particularly since the pandemic began. Hannah, Joe, Edgar, Ari, Mackenzie (sp?(sorry!)) were fantastic! As a former HR, kudos as well to the hiring and management team for fostering the culture.
Frontier's incompetence made me unable to catch my flight from San Francisco to my connecting flight in Vegas (I know, I made a bad choice, review to follow). Luckily, I had a whole day cushion to drive to the Vegas airport.
Initially, just stopped in for a quick Mocha (Custom Mexican Mocha, well done), only to be entertained by their extremely friendly, personable, but still courteous, interplay with their guests, while continuing to nonstop upkeep the store (including all 6 very clean individual restrooms). It was reminiscent of Pike Place market in Seattle, slinging coffee instead of fish! Ended up staying for 3 hours,🤗 Ask about where Idaho is lol.
Let me say, as well, that the music was at a proper level to have conversations, without having to yell, how the majority of Starbucks are (I am a nerd and measured the decibels, less than 55, where most are between 65 and 80. It makes a huge difference to the atmosphere).

Read moreI haven’t tried the Starbucks in over a year or two and decided to give it another try after the incident I had last time with my partner getting expired milk. Today is Father’s Day, and they decided to get my dad a small blended caramel frappe, light, and myself a summertime Refresher lemonade. I had placed my order around 1:10 And gotten into the store around 1:18. shortly after around 1:24 I got my drink it wasn’t until 1:45 when I had gotten my dad’s drink that was very much melted. The barista handed me the drink said that I could get a refund so I went up to the counter, and asked for it to be remade, as I wanted to get my father a drink. Never got the drink and ended up having to get refunded because they threw out. The second drink to two of the employees were being very rude. When was a male was a female when I was inquiring about the drink, and then when I was going about getting a refund , the only one in the store, the girl behind the counter, who is very nice and very polite and very understanding. by the end of all this, my drink had melted just trying to get a tall...
Read moreIf I could give this location a zero star review I would. I understand this is probably a busy location most of the time due to travelers. We walked into this location and there was about 4 people in line in front of me and probably about 4 people waiting for drinks. The line seemed to move fairly quickly so we waited. I order a tea, paid and wait for my order. We waited about 15 minutes and still no tea. I assume what appeared to be the “shift leader/manager” standing around just chit chatting with the other coworkers, there was about 4 of them total. But there was only one barista making drinks for all the orders waiting around. Because of COVID times and the more and more people collecting in the lobby I left without getting my tea. I understand being busy and working to the best of their ability but that is not what was happening at this location. I was also not the only customer that left before they received their beverage.
