WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I warn you. If you want to shop for your entire family, don’t go to this store. I was only allowed to buy 5 items. My friend who went shopping with me together didn’t have enough money to pay for his selection, so he asked me to pay for him first, the assistant manager was not allowed me to do so. I was not allowed to pay for a second transaction because I already purchased 5 items. She refused to sell the items to my friend because he didn’t have enough money and needed to borrow money from me. I understand that they try to limit their merchandise from the resellers who bought out their stocks. But I have been their regular customer for years. Many of their employees I know them over 10 years. I always shop there for my family. But today Absolutely the worst customer service I had ever come across. It was an absolutely horrible experience.
