Kate Spade Outlet — Attraction in Barstow

I have been to the outlet twice, and both times an associate, her name is Brianna (sorry about the spelling), has helped me find exactly what I’m looking for. She’s kind compassionate, goes out of her way to make me feel extremely welcome, she’s knowledgeable professional and has even taken the time to learn my name. I’ll go back to Kate spade’s end I will ask specifically for her to help me. She ihas even talked to my wife on the phone, Or through the video because my wife is going through cancer treatments and unable to come. I’ve been doing all my shopping there for my wife and Brianna has just really made me feel totally welcome there. I come back just because she’s there and like I said she’s willing to help and take time out from other customers just to ensure I don’t over stress with the shopping. We had sooo much fun shopping there. We were looking for a crossbody purse that would work for traveling. Alexus showed us everything that fit our specifications. She pointed out additional features that each bag had. We were easily able to find multiple options that fit our needs. We had such a good time looking at all the other cute stuff they had. From crab-shaped coin purses to watermelon wristlets we ended up with much more than a crossbody bag. Alexus was amazing but the entire staff was super helpful as well. On 5-14-19 at 5:40pm I went into the skate Spade location in Barstow. I walked into this location hoping to buy several gifts, I wasn’t greeted and no one looked up to even acknowledge my presence, I walked around for a couple minutes waiting for the associates to finish the conversation they were having about their personal lives but even after it ended the associate gave me her back and started unpacking merchandise on the back cash wrap.
