Wow this was not a good experience. Manger at store #129 did not want to honor the promotion that they had advertised both in store and online. I specifically came to purchase. When speaking to supervisor and showing her the picture on line and the pictures in her store she became loud and disrespectful towards me, so that other customers would hear her as well as her employees. store Manger at Michael kors outlet Barstow made a point for everyone to notice me. I have never been treated with so much disrespect. I just wanted to make her point to be little me instead of having a pleasant time I had an anxiety attact.I was not able to drive home I asked to call her supervisor she stayed she was not able to contact her.She stated supervisor said that she didn't work on Sundays. I called corporate and no one was available. I will contact better Business bureau as well as Michael kors corporate office in order for this never happen to anyone else. I canât say that Iâve ever had a good experience here. With each visit we planned to spend quite a large amount of money, although we left within minutes. You will not receive a welcome or even a hello when entering, and the employees will usually be in a corner gossiping. I spoke with the manager today, and she was extremely unprofessional and rude. They stated kinda of rudely, I could not return item nor exchange it for anything in the store.
