Nike Factory Store - Barstow — Attraction in Barstow

On Saturday, July 20, we went to Nike to buy some 2 for $30 t-shirts and a hat. When we went to pay, 1:20pm approximately on the first cashier, we used a gift card but we mentioned to the girl that the value was not correct since it did not match the promotion that the t-shirts were on. With a super bad attitude, she cancelled the transaction without giving us any receipt for it. In addition, her bad attitude led her to answer that she was going to show us the individual value of each product so that we would see that we were wrong. Under this discomfort of mistreatment, we asked to speak to someone else and she disappeared from the counter. The supervisor made the corresponding correction but they did not give us the receipt for the cancelled transaction. It is not the first time that we have bought there, but the attitude of the worker at that cashier's office was completely disrespectful and with absolute mistreatment to me and my husband. We came here to pick up 1 item after the website and map quest stated that they close at 7:00pm Donna working the front door stops us and states that their closed @6:28pm as we were getting ready to drive off another person walks up and they allow him to go inside. So we went back to the door to ask why was he allowed in but we were told they were closed. We asked to speak to a manager (Lena)who stated that although he was allowed in we could not enter because they're at capacity. I again stated that we were there before him so it wasn't fair that they allowed him to go inside inside of us and again was giving a an insincere apology and was again told we could not enter. We asked for a card with their names to report the issue which isn't right we had been making a road trip and I forgot slippers which is what I came for. Not a very good experience here. We go to Nike outlet store often even though some visits don't go that well. We always like to see what's on sale and many times they have weekend promotions. On this visit we happened to come across a good find on the clearance wall with an extra 20% off for our son but the size was too big. We happened to walk down the aisle and see the exact same shoe, same clearance price but because it wasn't on the wall no 20% off. Seemed a bit strange so we asked and were told the ones on the wall are just select larger sizes.
