Overall, I found the staff to be professional and kind—except for one individual, a staff member named Dian, whose behavior was disappointing and concerning. After making a purchase, I noticed the security tag was not removed from my item. When I brought this up, Dian offered me a shopping bag and dismissed the concern, suggesting I take the item as it was. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable, as walking out with a tagged item could cause suspicion and embarrassment. It felt careless and dismissive, unlike the excellent service I received from the rest of the team. This experience has affected my perception of your store’s professionalism, and I believe it deserves attention. I’m requesting a formal apology and a review of staff handling of such situations to ensure future customers are treated with care and respect.

Polo is expensive. They have a clearance section in the store, but no discount. They do not have any discount for Senior's our Students. They do have a txt number to get 15% off on your items . They would like you to sign up with your Email, for next time, you might get 20% 25% our 30% off for your next purchas, that is if you get the coupon. Military gets 10% off on their items, but I would not shop at Polo when items that you like are expensive and over $50 up to $500. When you go to Polo and need help, you see some managers and employees on their cellphones, NOT COOL

We shopping this Polo Ralph Lauren for over 20 yrs. Always Loved shopping there. Lots nice Polo Ralph Lauren's stuff. Last 2 time I was really lucky meeting their staff Amy, she was really nice and helpful, caring and so sweet. She has lots excellent advices for Mach the colors and styles. I always loved to asking her opinions about what clothes, shoes will looks good on me, she will telling me the truth, and I was so happy to taken her advices. Bianca is a really nice, sweet And helpful cashier. She made me really happy I was there few days ago. The manager and all staff are really friendly. Good...

Overpriced on nearly everything. A smart shopper looking for up to date in season merchandise will buy from Macy's or Dillard's. I recently purchased this season's Polo RL long sleeve knits and polos at Dillard's that were 65% off. I do want to address the aggressive behavior of several employees at this location. I do not need to be asked three times within two minutes if I need help blah blah blah while following me around every square inch of the store. Back off.
