Overall, I found the staff to be professional and kind—except for one individual, a staff member named Dian, whose behavior was disappointing and concerning.
After making a purchase, I noticed the security tag was not removed from my item. I recently purchased this season's Polo RL long sleeve knits and polos at Dillard's that were 65% off. I do want to address the aggressive behavior of several employees at this location. I do not need to be asked three times within two minutes if I need help blah blah blah while following me around every square inch of the store. Back off. It definitely must be because I was a white guy. Shame on you RL. Shame and shame coming from a 30...
