I used to be a loyal Honey's customer, would send flowers to my family at least twice a year, as I live a couple hours away it's an easy way to send love from afar. However, I'm left with a nasty taste in my mouth after ordering flowers for my mother this Mother's Day weekend. Placed my order online and was charged a $10 delivery fee, mind you my mother lives 30 minutes away from Bartlesville and I'm happy to pay a delivery fee for their time; more than $10 even, I'd be happy to pay $20 or more if it was clearly written out on their website that there would be an additional fee per mile or however they would want to put it. But this time they called me after I had placed my order to tell me that I still owed them a whopping $120 delivery fee on a $50 plant! Never have they ever charged me such a high price to deliver out of town, never was it stated on their website that there may be additional delivery fees, and when I asked the woman on the phone about the charges "Is this because of the holiday? The last minute order? I've never been charged so much for delivery" all she could say was "Sorry." She never offered so much as an explanation for the charges. I told her right then and there that I wanted to cancel my BOTH of my orders, which obviously is what she wanted because she said "Okay" and promptly hung up the phone! Now, I'm in my 20's, not much of a Karen, but had the mind to check my bank account later this afternoon to find they they had only cancelled ONE of my deliveries and still charged me for the other so I had to call them back and explain to them that I did not want the other delivery. This girl didn't ask why, and didn't seem to care either. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous, and I will never be ordering flowers through Honey's...
Read moreMy mother ordered me the simply chic mixed plant basket arrangement for my birthday, and instead I got something that I would label, simply eek. Where do I start? First, they did not give us what was ordered or shown at all, and their reasoning for the horrible sub-par job was "because of covid". The gift was also supposed to be a surprise, but they somehow messed that up by texting me photo's of the product instead of my mother, and then not responding when I asked who was texting me. Then, when the delivery actually took place I received a phone call with serial killer-esque heavy breathing, followed by a barely audible, rushed, and timid sounding voice that verified my identity and then proceeded to hang up on me, drop the plant arrangement at the front door, and make a hasty escape before I could even get up from my desk. None of the flowers listed in the original arrangement were in the one I got, instead I got a tiny bush, and english ivy. It came in a dollar tree wooden basket that also got dirt everywhere. Overall, I'm just actually really sad and disappointed. Definitely not going to do business...
