To start, Absolutely love the vibe of the place, all the movie memorabilia, and the feel of an old time mom and pop soda shop, this is the kinda place I’d take a date for a burger and a shake. Secondly, the food absolutely delicious, highly recommended the breakfast bowl, it looks small but once you dive in it’s like never ending tastiness. Taste like grandma’s biscuits and gravy. And last but not least, The staff, not only very professional but amazingly friendly, you almost feel like your just hanging out with friends rather than at a restaurant. I couldn’t help but leave a good tip. If you live in the Bartlesville area or anywhere with access to one of these restaurants you would be crazy not to stop in. Will definitely be going back!!

This is a great place to get burgers, sides and milkshakes. This town is often lacking of quality options but I think this is a worthwhile place to eat. I had the JJ burger which had a flavorful patty with onions and jalapeno. Don't expect a huge gourmet burger but for its price it's an adequate size. I especially enjoyed the fried mushrooms which were plentiful and tasteful. I would get this again. The milkshakes were decent, however, my only complaint is that it didn't come with a large straw. Instead you get a spoon. Overall its a decent restaurant with decent prices in Bartlesville and the service was very good that day.

We visited the Dillard's outlet and decided to eat fish for dinner/lunch. We googled fried fish and boom a rang restaurant came up. At 1st, my wife's thought was to drive 45 minutes back home and get fried fish there. But after eating there she was a thourgly satisfied in the decision to stop there. The fish, fries, okra, brown beans, and slaw were worth the drive. And if you are from out of town, visit Roso coffee. https://g.co/kgs/FZv4SBq

Okay, I've been going to boomerang diner when I lived in Stillwater at their location there when I went to Oklahoma State University and that we always went there because it was cheaper and we were college students and we would go on catfish I believe it was catfish thursdays. I've now move to Bartlesville passed by the boomerangs in was so excited that there was another one so I took my family which is my two young daughters and my husband and we all ate for under $30 and I even got a shake on top of that. The service was amazing our waitress was great but another waitress came over and gave me the biggest compliment I think I've ever gotten and that literally made my day and will make me come back over and over again. The employees in the service there is like nowhere else along with the prices! Plus, I forgot to say, the food is amazing like all of it is just great you can get breakfast at any time of day or you can get dinner or lunch and they will make whatever you want if you need something special or don't want something on your sandwich, etc. Go there now it's a huge recommendation from not just me but all my college buddies, my children, and...

The food is average diner fare. It's good but nothing special. The service however is incredible. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, had someone take my order before I even got to the register, was checked on multiple times as I waited, and they even remembered my name to say bye as I walked out the door. The entire time I was there the staff never stopped moving from taking orders to cleaning to delivering orders and checking on customers. This is by far one of the best run restaurants I have ever seen.

Edit - After eating at this restaurant a second time I'm back to drop a star because the food needs some definite improvement. I ordered the fish sandwich and while there was a nice big (and I mean HUGE) piece of fish on the sandwich it tasted like nothing. The lettuce was placed directly under the fish which made it get hot and soggy when there was a perfectly good tomato slice that could have protected it. The tartar sauce needs some lemon. For an almost $7 sandwich with no sides I was not impressed. Also the shakes taste like chemicals...

We are a family of 5 and went in the evening, so maybe that's where my review seems to contradict others. The first wait person that came to us took our drink order, brought half of it to our table, then was never seen again. The second seemed amazed and frustrated that we weren't taken care of. She seemed amazed again when she found out we were brought our appetizer by another wait person, but not offered any ranch or plates for the app. I got coffee in the evening, but waited over 10 minutes and had to flag someone down to get a refill. When I received my food, the gravy on top was cold. Everyone else in my family seemed quite pleased with their food, however. It is worth noting that the wait staff, while extremely friendly and accommodating, really did not seem to have their act together. We understand that they are new and bad waitstaff syndrome is something that plagues a good bit of Bartlesville. We'll go back in another 6 or so months and hopefully they have sorted out the staffing kinks. I'll make sure to update my review if the...
