PAC - Jerry Fay Wilhelm Center for the Performing Arts — Attraction in Bastrop

This is also known as the PAC Center in Bastrop. My daughter has her band performances here as well as her dance performances for BISD. It is very clean and has a green room, 2 dressing rooms with personal mirrors, plugs, lights, and a shower in it. They have light projection, an orchestra pit, a good sized stage with 4 wings on both sides, a cat-walk, and netting so if you fall off the stage you will not fall into the orchestra pit. I have volunteered to work backstage twice and love doing it. This is a very good place to use if you want to put on an awesome perfomance for an audience. A very big stage, I wish the seats were staggered instead of directly behind the person in front of you it made viewing a little difficult if someone was tall or had big hair. Tickets on line vs relying on a reader which caused a wait. Even though there was an issue the line moved quickly. Clear bag policy was not enforced. Thank you for providing a program upon entrance. Frustrated that they give you a 15 min intermission tell you to go buy food and drinks and then tell you we can't bring in to watch show. On top of that everyone else was eating and drinking in there but I had to toss the $20 worth of shit i just purchased from them. People selling the concessions SHOULD WARN PEOPLE before they waste their money!
