Sunshine Sister Coffee — Restaurant in Bastrop

When I saw there was a new and cute coffee trailer in Bastrop, I had to come by and try it out. I got a couple of drinks because I wanted a feel for all they have to offer. I got their watermelon lemonade (which during this period of 40+ days of 100+ degree weather was a balm, if not an outright life saver) and it was DELICIOUS! I also got a mocha with their in-house creamer/sweetener (I think it’s called sunmilk?) and that was FANTASTIC. I don’t go out of my way to leave reviews, but on a day like this when I direly needed something good to drink, and went out on a limb to try something new, they delivered with smiles and kindness on the side, so it was the least that I could do! Howdy! If you happen to be passing through Bastrop, I highly recommend stopping by the Sunshine Sister Coffee trailer for some exceptionally tasty beverages. The trailer is located in a little food trailer park in the heart of downtown Bastrop; there's plenty of parking, indoor public restrooms, and a covered pavilion with lots of picnic tables. Sometimes they even have local live music on stage. Sunshine Sister has a variety of yummy hot and cold beverages and are always introducing cool new seasonal flavors to the mix. The staff that work there are super friendly and fast, and the trailer itself is beyond adorable, too. The whole place is a vibe and a great place to get your chill on. Check it out!...

Heard about this place from a fellow coffee lover with high standards. After trying it out today, I can’t encourage you enough to do so as well!! By taste, the espresso has not only been roasted well, but the shots pulled beautifully.
