Schulman Theatres Lost Pines 8 — Local services in Bastrop

THIS IS NOT A HANDICAPPED-FRIENDLY BUSINESS. Very disappointed in Lost Pines 8. Took two residents in lay-down wheelchairs to a movie today at Lost Pines 8 theater in Bastrop. There was no handicapped parking but of the five spaces with cars in them, only one had a placard. Then they didn't have any handicapped seating for our movie because those seats were already taken by someone who was not handicapped and did not need them. The sales lady lied and told me to get row 1 or 2 seats there is a ramp down there. Not true at all, had to maneuver two wheelchairs up and down stairs. I repeat not...

We went to see Weapons at 1:30pm on 9-14-25. We had to tell someone to START the movie, then waited another 40 minutes for ads, so movie started 45 minutes LATE. Then, 20 minutes into the movie it freezes, and we had to get up again and tell someone. We waited 20 minutes, movie never started. When we requested a refund the manager Joel tried to give us tickets to come back. We said we were from out of town in order to get our money back. We understand that problems occur, but no one was monitoring the theatre AT ALL!! We went home and rented it on Amazon. Won't be going back...
