I usually book with Ben and while his services are great typically, there was a time about 3 weeks ago where he actually did a horrible job, which forced me to have to come back to the nail shop 3 times in one week with no gratitude towards my schedule or my plans. While being frustrated as a paying client I did use profanity while on the line speaking with Nicole. I never cursed at Nicole or said anything with foul intent towards Nicole and I even apologized on the line for using profanity and made it very clear that nothing I said was towards her but more so the quality of the work performed. Hopefully the calls are recorded because I would love for you guys to listen in and see where there was nothing inappropriate or disrespectful about the call. Later on, I booked an appointment with Ben as well as Gendary for 05/13 at or around the top of May. On this past Wednesday 05-10 I got an email indicating that the appointments were cancelled. So like any regular paying client I called to figure out the situation and to my surprise my number was blocked in addition to being blocked from coming to the Bayonne location which I find to be absolutely absurd . I spoke with Nicole and she even booked the appointments and confirmed them for 05/13 and never mentioned I was blocked. I should not have had to call from a blocked number in order to get through to speak with the staff at cuteticles . If Nicole maybe perhaps can refrain from constantly being in her phone and focus on the customer at hand maybe she would have remembered to do the professional thing and make me aware that I was blocked. I think as a paying customer I should be allowed to express how I feel without being blocked . I am not sure what exactly Nicole expected outside of more than an apology. I can take this to yelp and leave my honest review about how unprofessional Nicole is for this or I can honestly just have a conversation with Noelle to straighten this out and have the blocked removed as it is honestly super unnecessary and embarrassing as I am a honest paying customer who spends money frequently with the establishment. they quote $65 for a full set but theyâll charge you up to $40 extra dollars depending on the length you want, not including designs i walked in hoping to get xl frenchies and they quoted me $120 which is absurd for a basic nail especially when your base price starts at $65.. they also didnt have straight tips, or she just didnt understand what i was talking about, i asked for straight tips & she ended up putting the curved ones on i just had her paint them a solid color & she said charms were free which was nice but honestly after reading reviews i honestly think she only gave it to me for free so she could take pics. she spent about 10 minutes trying to get good videos of my nails which i didnt mind but it was getting late (my appointment was 6 i didnt get out till almost 9⊠i just got a basic set) also at one point i asked how much itd be for xxl (just cutting barely any of the tip off) both of the girls there looked at me like i was crazy, kinda felt like i was being judged which is odd to me.. you do nails why are yall looking at me crazy when i ask for you to do my nails LOL the receptionist was rly sweet ill give her that idk i overall wouldnt recommend i only went because my usual nail girl (rosegoldnailsllc yall should go check her out her nails r fire) was fully booked & i was bored, i felt like they cared more about how much i was paying them than how the nails came out, a couple came out crooked, they feel like they could pop off any minute idk. not worth $100. ill come back and edit this review when the first one pops off LOL

I had an appointment at 10 am and arrived punctually. However, I found the door still locked, with only a cleaning lady inside. She allowed me and another customer, who also had a 10 am appointment, to enter. We waited for 15 minutes before the technician finally arrived. There was no apology or explanation provided. On another occasion, I had an 11 am appointment. The text reminders started flooding in, requesting me to arrive at 10:12 am. I fail to comprehend the reason behind such a demand. During my third visit, scheduled for 10:30 am, I received multiple texts and phone calls before 10:30 am, reminding me of my appointment. The last text, received at 10:26 am, stated, "You've been marked as a no-show for your appointment, and your card will be charged the full price of the service." I walked through the door at 10:31 am. This behavior and attitude towards paying customers are absolutely unacceptable. If you expect customers to arrive 10-15 minutes BEFORE their appointment, you should clearly state so in the text. Harassing your customers with this aggressive approach when they arrive on time is unwarranted. The receptionist consistently displays a dismissive attitude, never greeting me with a smile, hello, or even a please when instructing me to "go wash your hand," as if I were a five-year-old. While I have always enjoyed my nail services with various technicians at your establishment, the unpleasant encounter with the aggressive text messages and the receptionist's attitude has become extremely bothersome. I come to your establishment to relax, enjoy my time, and get my nails done, not to endure your staff's unwelcoming attitude and be treated like a flake, assuming I am late or a no-show when I arrive on time.
