CVS Pharmacy — Attraction in Bayonne

I was going to leave this review on CVS Health Surveys but I lost my receipt with the code (only took a photo of the website..) but I feel like the employee who works here (Abdelrahmann) seriously deserves a shout out because he went absolutely above and beyond. I was just picking up my medication from the drive-thru when he said my car engine sounds weird and should be checked out; confirming a huge suspicion I had for months (I'm not a car person so I thought maybe I was just overreacting) and it turned out to be a loose bolt!! I drove back and wanted to thank him in person but didn't catch him so hopefully he sees this and knows his help is super appreciated! I will also say everyone else that works here have also always been kind and caring through all my meds pick up and vaccine shots over the last few years. Thank you for all that you guys do :) this is absolutely my favorite CVS...

Nothing ever works..no one either...I feel sorry for whomever gets stuck having to work the registers up front + do 12 other things at the same time...I wouldn't recommend going in unless you have 40 minutes to kill...seems abandoned at times...and its probably a corporate thing...I have seen one worker at times trying to stock shelves + run up to the registers + answer the phone + unlock things..and you can FORGET the photo machines!! NEVER WORK! You find that out after 25 minutes of picking out pictures...then trying to order..+ they tell u..." oh that machine doesn't work"..but won't put a sign on it...so...AVOID this store....unless your bored...+ want...

I've spent there around 2.5 hours. They were all unorganized. My visit ended up with wrong writing of my last name and I had to pay for my medications 3 times more because they were not able to process them with my insurance. 2.5 hours! When I pointed the wrong last name, they yelled at me that they took my information from the prescription transferred. Which wasn't true of course, they...
