From the moment I walked in, Abner went above and beyond to make sure that we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. He wasn’t just trying to sell us any random mattress or push us into a quick decision—instead, he truly listened to what we were looking for, took his time, and ensured we found a mattress that we loved.
It was clear that Abner knew his stuff. He explained the differences between each mattress type, answered all of our questions with patience, and even provided advice based on what would fit our specific needs. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. He let us test multiple options, making sure we were happy with both the comfort and quality before moving forward.
What impressed me the most was the level of care and attention he showed. It felt like he genuinely wanted us to leave with a product we’d be satisfied with long-term, and not just make a sale. His knowledge, professionalism, and kind demeanor made the entire process a breeze.

Read moreI’m not happy with this place. I came in to get a bed. We were sold on a 7k bed. It took over an hour to try and place the order. I ended up having to come back the next day to try again. It supposedly was set but I never got a confirmation email, just a confirmation email I have a new credit card line. A week goes by and no bed so I called and was told I they can’t find my order. Then it’s found and I’m told I’ll be called back as there’s a problem. No call back so I call the corporate number and they tell me the bed is scheduled to be picked up by me at a warehouse. I paid for premium delivery so at this point I just want to cancel the order and buy somewhere else. They inform me we can only cancel from the store. I receive a voicemail from the store with the news that all the issues were resolved and my bed will be delivered in another two weeks. I call to cancel as I can’t sleep on an air mattress for another two weeks and I’m told the the account is locked and can only be canceled by the manager who is not available. I finally got the ordered cancelled but it took just as long as the original order. I was very understanding about all of the store hiccups but enough is enough. I expect better service when buying such an expensive bed. I can’t recommend shopping here.
