I typically visit this startbucks three times a week. The past few visits I noticed the quality and customer service has been declining. On one occasion I received a tomato and mozzarella sandwich basil pesto that was completed putting. A toddler could have made a better sandwich. I two pieces of bread with pesto with slither of mozzarella, a piece of tomato, and two pieces of spinach all on one side of the bread.
Despite my botched order I went back to Starbucks today and lord the young lady taking order at the drive thru was nasty. I submitted a mobile order for pick and knowing that I would have time to wait for my order to be completed, nothing crazy just coffee. Upon arriving to an empty drive thru, not a single customer waiting, I advised the employee I placed a mobile order for coffee. She directed me to come to the window as my order was being prepared. I get to the window, and with a nasty attitude she then stated, in the future don’t arrive so early we need extra time to make the order. It’s one cup of coffee. There’s no cars waiting in the drive thru and there’s an additional three people behind you working. How can you be upset at the fact that I showed up to an empty drive thru to pick up my order. Today, I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich on the Starbuck Mobile app. It took 30 minutes for them to finally put my breakfast sandwich in the microwave. This is after I had to get someone's attention twice. The only reason I go here is because they are the only fast food restaurant who has a plant-based breakfast sandwich.
Every time I go here, there's always a long wait and you have to practically raise your voice to get people's attention. The wait times range from 30 minutes to an 1 hour. This has got to be the worst Starbucks that I have ever went to. I either have to request a refund or leave the store and call the 800 number to refund my account.
After waiting 30 minutes, I ended up leaving my coffee and getting a refund for the sandwich. I ended up ordering from the Dunkin Donuts next to them and everything I ordered was done by the time I arrived.

Read moreThis is review of my recent experience there. 09/02/23 Drive through experience was so unpleasant The line was so long and soooooo slow, I saw people were waiting a lot to make the order, then to get the order, they were standing for minutes near the window (the cars before me in the line) The line was not moving at all I think it took about 15 min to get my drink finally When I arrived to collect my drink, I was watching through the open window the young lady peacefully folding cups for about 2 minutes, then she answered the next customer to get the order, then I was waiting about 2 mins more, she didn’t give me a look even, I thought my order wasn’t ready yet, I was watching what’s going on inside - the other stuff were doing their job, making drinks…. After a while this lady gave me my drink, it was right next to her the whole time….. 😅but I couldn’t see it behind the window I was shocked 😳 Definitely she was the reason of that long and slow line I wanted to give 2 stars, but I changed my mind now, I’m giving 1 star for that...
