I remember Rainbow Shops from when my daughter was a teen n used to run in there for a quick fresh inexpensive t-shirt n jeans. Not much has changed, yes the trends n prices but still a great place for a quick inexpensive outfit. I was surprised, they even had little kids, infants n plus sizes! When I went in I went to check out some things I had seen online. I love chiffon dresses n they had a few on clearance for $10, yesss $10! I actually found one of the beautiful colors in the Governors Square store! I want to take it on my cruise next month n it totally fits what I'm looking for. Well, it's not what I would buy for an elegant night on the cruise but I love the flow, the fit n of course the price. It's not exactly the higher end quality of some of my other items but I really like this dress n so did my sister. The lime green is outstanding (on me). If you're looking for some quick inexpensive pieces go check them out! I know some of you will probably turn your noses up but you shouldn't. The employees were super helpful n friendly(not stuffy n snooty like in some stores I won't name). The store was a little packed, they also have their fall/winter line on display in the front of the store. I know how to make my clothes work on n for me so a $10 dress on me will look like I paid $110 for it. (No boast or brag) I just know how to make my clothes work, thanks to my stylish mother n sisters! hi, I'm from Texas visiting family I found this rainbow that gave me pleasure , I'm a returning customer since my visit. I didn't see a sign in store stating you can't try on clothing there's no dressing room in which I was aware of I put a dress over my clothes trying on in Mirror ! This woman employed by your establishment is gestoring me I was confused she is signing a body gesture as if she is a movie director saying "cut" I was confused wondering if she was trying to gesture me I'm looking around she is with other employee slim lady may be management standing in walkway the isle telling me not to try the dress on she says we have return policy I understand my complaint is if she needed to address me about policy or concern the proper way is to come directly to me and voice concern not gesture me I'm not from the ghetto i dont understand hood please have a talk with them it was very offensive for them both to think it was ok to approach me in a unprofessional manner im offended they have no etiquette !! they made this location look bad the cashier's was welcoming I appreciate her for...

This is just about the WORST shop I have been to in my ENTIRE life. The Customer service was HORRIBLE. I had questions and no one knew and had to practically beg them to go find out. I mostly receive rolling of eyes and sighs when I need help. It takes cashiers 10-15 minutes to check anyone out because they are always taking personal calls and shouting personal and unprofessional things to each other across the store. Not a bit of professionalism, courtesy or respect from anyone I have ever encountered here. I try to avoid this store at all costs because it the same each and every time I have been here. The staff talks and acts like they are hanging out in the street or a club. Its awful. Their merchandise is chaotic and sometimes all over the floor. Clothes of sizes and genders are scattered everywhere they aren't supposed to be. I would much rather see this place close down then ever expect a change that would better the establishment.
