The Haunted Hotel — Attraction in Beaumont

We went last night and it was complete chaos! There were three cops there standing in the middle of the road doing nothing but running their mouths. There were teenagers going into a pawn shop's open door to their second floor. I told the cops and they didn't even care. There were kids taking bricks out of the wall if the law firm and nothing done. There were people cutting in line and nothing done. We waited in line for 3 hours and I finally got the owner to come over there and make one set of line skippers go get out of line. There is no staff working the lines at all except at the door. It is not safe!! There were kids out there smoking vapes and throwing them and people. I will never go back. We go every year but it is increasingly getting more and more unsafe. There needs to be more staff and more security that are actually doing more Than running their mouth. If this was my business and I went back and read the reviews over the past couple of years I would try to do better but until someone gets killed or severely injured nothing...

So 1st have to say what I got to enjoy of the hotel was awesome.. we were grouped with 3 other people and that's where it all went down hill. We had a group of three we went 1st the group that had to go with was behind us and shoving running pulling at clothes. About the middle I was shoved and sliced my foot open. Huge thank you to the staff at about the end. It was a really really short character and also the security guard who helped me get supplies to clean my foot up. Was also met by a few more characters to make sure I was OK. That right there is exceptional work. Whoever employees them should be very proud. Plan to go back Thurs this time with just us three and truly enjoy...

Where do I start, watching the ads of fb and others it's this haunt is using false advertising they are stealing vids from another haunt and using it as there own don't expect what you see on the ads someone should do something.terrible beyond all limits, first of all I paid too much to have a actor with a lantern walking around with me, second of all it was beyond boring the so called guy dressed like a hillbilly with a lantern ruined quite alot of stuff for me also I was touched by 3 actors, security was a joke, they had bright lights on also I caught 2 people on the phones when I walked in, oh and there were actors who were talking with each other and not in...
