The people here are awesome. I love teaching beginners yoga here at Lakeside Center on Fridays. I come up from Nederland to teach. This is a new facility, geared toward the Senior population. Free to Beaumont residents, and $4 drop in fee for non-Beaumont residents. There's several people from Mid-County (Port Neches, Nederland, Groves) who come up to take the classes. In the photo, you can see how large the group fitness room is. Lots of room to spread out. I love teaching there with the microphone and sound system. Thank you! Gail P-B.

I love teaching here! State of the art facility with a variety of classes for Beaumont residents FREE! $4 for non-residents. 18 and up but geared toward older adults. Social groups, gym equipment for weight training and cardio, pool tables, games, language classes, technology, fitness, arts and crafts. The people really care! Come out for fun...

I found this place by accident and let Me tell Ya..... I'm completely Amazed with it and all the various classes, Health& Exercise and Cleanliness it offers. I'm not sure why anyone would go anywhere else especially if You're a Senior citizen like myself. All this time I never knew this place ever existed here in...
