Fleet Farm — Attraction in Beaver Dam

I recently visited Fleet & Farm, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the vast range of products they offer for home maintenance, gardening, tools, and more. This store truly exceeded my expectations in terms of variety and quality.

Whatever I needed for my home or garden, Fleet & Farm had it all. From cleaning supplies and hardware to outdoor equipment and gardening tools, their shelves were stocked with a wide array of options. It made my shopping experience much more convenient, as I could find everything I needed in one place and the quality of their products was also impressive.

Furthermore, the staff at Fleet & Farm were knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance in finding a specific item, they were readily available to provide guidance. Their friendly and approachable demeanor made the shopping experience even more enjoyable.

I went in the Beaver Dam Fleet Farm to have a key made. First I asked a cashier if they made keys there. He was very helpful and said yes and directed me to the right area. I found it and it says ask for assistance. I proceeded to the gun counter (it was the nearest one). There were 2 workers behind the counter and I asked if I could get help having a key made. One of the men said sure. I waited around a little bit and then figured they would meet me by the key machine shortly. Well neither one of the men ever came over there. I looked for another store associate and asked her if someone could help me have a key made. She walked over to the gun counter and asked the same 2 men if they could help me. After waiting longer neither one of the guys ever came over to help me AGAIN! I waited about 15 to 20 minutes for someone to help me get a key made and I finally just left the store!! Terrible service except for the cashier who was up front that directed me where to go. Also the girl that tried to get me help was kind. I totally waisted a good half hour of my time only to get frustrated and I still don't have my...

The store itself is not bad. The service center leaves much to be desired. I purchased wheels aftermarket and purchased tires from the service center. I made it clear when I scheduled an appointment for alignment and tires mount/balance, that I had new wheels and did not have TPM sensors. The appointment was made 21 days in advance. I dropped my truck off at 6am the day of the appointment, and when I picked it up I was told they did not have the correct sensors for my truck. I agree that I am responsible for not purchasing sensors up front, but I feel the store should've accounted for sensors when the appointment was made based off the model of my truck. It took several days beyond the delivery of the sensors to get my tires mounted and balanced, and was told a Cheetah was needed to set the bead. My response to that is, 'SO WHAT', you run a tire and service center, that's part of the job. They were not prepared to align or mount my wheels and tires and they had 21 days planning time, this is not acceptable. I will continue to visit the store, but will not go back for service of...
