Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Beaver Dam

This was literally the worst customer service experience of my life! I placed an order over the phone for 2 stuffed crust pizzas, one that was Barbecue Chicken with NO BACON because we dont eat pork, the other was Ground Beef, breadsticks, cinnamon rolls and 12 chicken wings. The lady on the phone confirmed my order. I went to pick it up and the person at the counter also confirmed my order. I drove back home and opened the pizza only to find bacon covering one of my pizzas, so I immediately called the store and asked for the manager, so the manager, Bailey, got on the phone and I explained the situation to him in detail. In his defense he did apologize immediately and said he would send another pizza. I responded by saying that I would like a refund also because not only did I have to wait 45 minutes for order to be done but also for me driving to and from store, which I thought was a reasonable request. Well Mr Bailey didn't think so, and when I told him that id just take it up with corporate he said he would put me on "do not serve list" and hung up in my face without resolution. I called back and Bailey answered and I asked for a resolution to my issue, at this point he started yelling at me saying I was harassing him and if I called again he would call the police. Again....Im still just wanted a refund for my food that im now being refused. My significant other then calls after to try to ask for a refund for us and she is also greeted by Bailey with extreme ignorance and rudeness and was also hung up on by him. We then called the Corporate Office and filed a complaint. I've literally never been treated like this at ANY restaurant that I have visited in my life and if this is how they treat their customers when they don't agree then I will never give this location anymore of my money ever again. They need new...

I normally don't give bad reviews for this Pizza Hut, but I've changed it until my next time there. We wait a half-hour for an order that was placed ahead of time for 5:30. A pizza, breadsticks, and wings. Pretty simple. Well, we got there and it wasnt ready. Fair enough, I expected to wait maybe 5 minutes, no more than 10. I get it, people get busy. So after about 15 minutes, I asked about my order, and they said they were just waiting on the wings, but everything else was ready. They said it'd only be a few minutes. Fast forward another 15 minutes. I got up again and asked if it was ready. They said yeah, but they didnt have the wings yet. And I'm like, what? The other guy told me a few minutes. So she said, I'll get right on it. I told her that I was only gonna wait ONE more time, and then if it wasnt ready, I was asking a refund. Well, that must have worked. They got the wings done ASAP. The one lady there said to give me a $25 credit for having to wait so long, but I havent heard about it or from them since, after giving them my phone number. By the time we got home with our food, I could tell my pizza and breadsticks had been sat there for quite some time. And there was hardly any sauce on my wings. Walking in, atmosphere was dingy and unwelcoming. Staff appeard sloppy and not in uniform. Ground was dirty and the table that was just cleaned for us felt sticky and still had residue on it.

After paying $45 for one large stuffed crust pizza, one personal pan, and 4 warm sodas from the broken cooler, we sat and waited patiently while listening to the painful music of a fans bearing going out in the kitchen. We did not receive a receipt with our order details, and the online app didn't have any information for the order attached to our phone#.

When recieving the large pan pizza, the extra sauces we paid for had been forgotten. When going to get sauces it appeared that the majority of the staff had walked out of the store for a smoke break and had to yell for someone to hear me further back. I wasn't able to communicate properly with the staff member that was available due to how loud the fan bearing was.

The pizza itself was extremely sloppy and fell apart. The stuffed crust came apart letting all of the contents of the pizza fall off.

Overall I think this is a wrap on pizza hut for this family. We came for nostalgia but left feeling dissapointed.
