My husband and I have been mulling over getting a new mattress for a couple of years now. We looked online; read dozens of reviews, but were unsure of who to trust. I had heard a couple of positive remarks about VERLO and we went into the store, not wanting to buy on that day, but to just inquire. The problem was, I LOVED our current bed, which was waaaay over expiration date for a mattress but so comfy. That day we walked out with a new mattress that could be delivered THAT NEXT WEEKEND. AND they were taking our old box springs and mattress. After sleeping on that mattress, I noticed that my hips weren't 'burning' anymore, a symptom I just thought was from 'old age'. I could only be in our bed a certain number of hours before my hips wouldn't 'let me' anymore!! ^^BIG TROUBLE AHEAD^^ On my Verlo mattress, I can sleep longer, WITHOUT pain. I have to admit at first I struggled with 'buyers regret' but now I am just DELIGHTED with this purchase. You cannot buy a good night's sleep. Read moreMaking a mattress decision was so difficult for us. We went to about every mattress store between Appleton and Milwaukee. We decided we liked Verlo the best. We visited a few Verlo stores around the state. We learned that they are independently owned and all have different pricing and values. The Beaver Dam and Fort Atkinson locations were awesome to work with. We started at the Beaver Dam store and they were so informative. We learned that they can customize each mattress, and we were told we can go down to Fort Atkinson to actually try out the different layering before we make our final decision. A few days later we drove to the Fort Atkinson location, and what was nice is that they were expecting us and already knew why we were there. We didn't have to explain ourselves and they were prepared for our arrival. Our whole buying experience was like this. I cannot say enough about these folks. Read moreI would definitely love to say the the Customer Service is outstanding! ...and their products are spectacular!!! ....but now for the not so good.... ...if you want your product that day, it is not very likely especially when it comes to the pillows. They order them from their vendor and have them shipped to your house. If they do not work out, "YOU" must contact their vendor and attempt to return through them. You could save yourself the money and go directly online yourself (not to be rude, but so very true....by operating this way, you are taking out the convenience of goin directly to the store!). I hope that you find a way around this as these are the small types of things that kill small./medium businesses with COVID right now.
